Program Overview
The Helix Orbit Level 2 Coaching Education Program is a 175-hour professional training pathway for Persian-speaking learners who wish to coach at a professional level aligned with the ICF Core Competencies and PCC Markers.
The program combines live training, practice-based coaching labs, mentor coaching, observed coaching, and a final performance evaluation. All teaching, practice, and mentor coaching are delivered in Persian (Farsi), while the program structure and documentation follow current ICF Coaching Education Level 2 standards (PCC pathway).
Participants will:
- Develop a solid, embodied understanding of the ICF Core Competencies.
- Learn to create deep awareness and transformation with clients.
- Practice coaching in a safe, supervised environment.
- Prepare for applying for the ICF PCC credential after meeting all requirements.

No prior ICF credential is required.
Program Components – 175 Hours
The Helix Orbit Level 2 Program includes the following components:
Live Zoom classes and (where applicable) in-person workshops, including demonstrations, group discussions, and coaching labs.
Self-paced study including readings, recorded content, reflection assignments, and integration exercises.
7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of individual mentor coaching, delivered over at least 3 months by a PCC-level mentor coach.
Coaching sessions observed by a PCC-level assessor with written feedback based on ICF PCC Markers, plus verbal debrief.

Completion Requirements & Certificate
To successfully complete the Helix Orbit Level 2 Program and receive the Helix Orbit Level 2 Coaching Education Certificate (PCC Pathway – designed to meet ICF Level 2 requirements), participants must:
- Attend at least 80% of all live sessions (training, coaching labs, and mentor coaching).
- Complete all required asynchronous learning (30 hours).
- Complete 10 hours of mentor coaching (7 group + 3 individual) with a PCC-level mentor coach.
- Complete 15 hours of observed coaching with written, competency-based feedback.
- Submit and pass a final PCC-level performance evaluation.
- Adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics and the Helix Orbit Code of Conduct.
Graduation from this program provides a certificate of completion for a program designed to meet ICF Level 2 requirements, which participants may use toward applying for the ICF PCC credential, in accordance with ICF’s current application rules and the future accreditation status of the program.
Tuition & Payment Options
Tuition: 3,250 AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)
Deposit: 20% of the tuition to reserve a seat.
Refund Policy:
- Full refund up to 7 days before the program start date.
- After the program begins, refunds are calculated based on the portion of the program already completed.
Payment plans and installment options are available. Participants can request additional information during the admission process.
Technology Requirements & Learning Platform
To participate fully in the program, participants need:
- A laptop or desktop computer with webcam and microphone.
- A stable internet connection.
- Zoom for live online sessions.
- The ability to record audio coaching sessions.
All coaching recordings and required uploads are submitted via our secure learning platform:

Each participant receives a private login. Recordings are stored confidentially and can only be accessed by authorized faculty.
Welcome Packet (in Persian)
Before the program begins, every participant receives a complete Persian-language Welcome Packet that includes:
- Detailed program schedule and calendar.
- Orientation and preparation information.
- Checklists and guidelines.
- Key policies in clear, accessible Persian.
This ensures that Persian-speaking participants start the program with clarity and confidence.
